SpotCo will "Beat Any Genuine Quote"

The “Beat Any Genuine Quote” offer is provided by Spot Co-working, referred to as “us,” “we,” or “our” in these terms and conditions.

  1. The offer is valid for new customers only and is not applicable to existing or previous agreements.
  2. The offer is available for office suite quotes received within seven days of the quote request made to Spot Co-working. The quote must be a genuine quote, provided by a reputable coworking space provider or office rental company within Adelaide CBD, South Australia, and must be for an office suite of similar size, amenities and inclusions as those offered by Spot Co-working.
  3. The quote must be provided in writing, detailing the specific office suite and the price offered, including any discounts or promotions. The quote must be verifiable by Spot Co-working through the contact information provided.
  4. We will beat any genuine quote on an office suite by 10% for eligible 12 month lease agreements, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  5. The 10% discount applies only to the initial 12 months of the lease agreement and will not apply to any subsequent months. The lease agreement must be for a minimum of 12 months and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  6. The offer is subject to availability of office suites at Spot Co-working and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
  7. To take advantage of the “Beat Any Genuine Quote” offer, the customer must provide proof of the genuine quote and accept the lease agreement provided by Spot Co-working within 48 hours of the offer being made. Failure to do so may result in the offer not being applicable.
  8. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value or alternative.
  9. Spot Co-working reserves the right to refuse the offer or withdraw it at any time if we believe the customer is not acting in good faith or is attempting to take advantage of the offer unfairly.
  10. By taking up this offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

What are the hours of operation for Spot Co-Working?
Spot Co-Working is 24/7 for its tenants. Our staff is available during regular business hours. Please note the building is highly monitored for security reasons and an access card will be required to enter the building after business hours.

What is the duration of Spot Co-Working’s lease agreement?
