Our inviting and professional environment spans over two large 800sqm floors, with an additional budget-friendly basement level for those just starting out.

Director

David is an innovative entrepreneur with a solid business foundation in both Australia and the US. He is extremely passionate about our Co-Working space and the industry, with a love for creating a place for other businesses to flourish and thrive.

Our concierge team is the heartbeat of our community, ensuring that our tenants have everything they need to succeed in their business ventures. They are always available to assist with any queries, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth operation of our co-working space. Our concierge team understands the needs of our tenants and is dedicated to providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Whether it's providing support with office suites or making sure the coffee machine is always fully stocked, our team is always on hand to help.

Phoebe

Office Manager & Concierge

Phoebe has been part of our Spot Team since May 2021. She has just finished a Bachelor of Exercise Science and is now undertaking her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Flinders University. She loves a friendly chat and in her spare time loves to play netball and volleyball as well as dine out with friends.

Concierge

Chloé has been part of our Spot Team since November 2022. She’s currently studying a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) at the University of South Australia and enjoys spending time with her Family and dogs.

When Chloé has a break from studying and working, she goes camping and 4WDing around Australia in her Suzuki Jimny!

Dior

Concierge

Dior has been part of our Spot Team since September 2023. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Adelaide.

She enjoys spending her free time at the gym building her strength or relaxing with her family, friends, or a good book. Dior has a love for travel and takes the opportunity to visit her extended family in Malta whenever she gets the chance.

Millie

Concierge

Millie has been part of our Spot Team since February 2023. She is currently studying a double degree of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of Adelaide.

Millie loves to spend her free time playing the piano or relaxing with a good book. When she gets the chance, she loves to go for a trip to her family farm located at Bangor, mainly to see all the pets!

What are the hours of operation for Spot Co-Working?
Spot Co-Working is 24/7 for its tenants. Our staff is available during regular business hours. Please note the building is highly monitored for security reasons and an access card will be required to enter the building after business hours.

What is the duration of Spot Co-Working’s lease agreement?
